Welcome to souls of hip hop: daily power thoughts. Harnessing the power of thought is fundamental and designing your best life and nourishing your soul. In this season, we share quotes, takeaways from our guests, and affirmations to energize your day. Let this season help to awaken your best you, uplift, inspire and bring daily joy. Knowledge is power. Today's power thought is about self care. your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship in your life. Unfortunately, we treat ourselves worse than we can ever treat Anybody else. Because the labels we give ourselves reduce us to experience life as that label. What labels have you given yourself? Ask yourself, would you speak to someone else the way you speak about yourself. being kind to yourself regularly is one of the best things you can do for yourself. self care can look like different things for different people. So when you change the meanings you have about yourself, you affect the energy that you broadcast, and that in turn affects what you attract and manifest in your life. That's why your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship of all. No matter where you are on your journey to create an amazing life. You will make greater strides when you're more kind to yourself. Today I affirm: I a worthwhile and my needs matter I am worthwhile and my need matter. I am worthwhile and m needs matter Our theme music was beatboxed y Denis the Menace and produce by Zede. A big shout out to he brothers from Switzerla The background music was produced by Taki Brano.
