In this season, we share quotes, takeaways from our guests and affirmations to energize your day. Let this season help to awaken your best you, uplift, inspire and bring daily joy. Knowledge is power. Today's power thought comes from one of the greatest influences the dance of breaking has known. He is also considered the epitome of the B boy and is credited with establishing movements critical to the dances foundation with his personal

style and techniques:

Ken Swift. I had the pleasure of meeting Ken, early in my break life and remember this quote he shared with me so many years ago, here's the quote, there is no real preparation to rocking a circle. The music is the key. If you stop thinking too much, and just like oh, this is when you unlock your true flavor and you are at your very best. Music and Dance have been fundamental parts of the human experience for 1000s of years. expressing yourself through movement may come easier than vocalizing your feelings. And so engaging in dance can feel quite liberating. setting foot on the dance floor or at home is an instant mood booster and keeping up the habit can improve our confidence body image and we'll be thinking too much forces havoc on your mood. If you're struggling with letting go of thinking, Be assured, first of all, that you're not alone. This is a universal issue facing almost everyone. redefining your view of yourself is the only way you allow yourself to grow. No two people in the world have the exact same bodies, music, tastes, training, or life experiences. So find that groove that feels right to you, and let the music relieve you from whatever stresses that are plaguing your mind. I affirm My mind is calm and at ease. I am living in the present moment. My mind is clear and my body relaxed. Our theme music was beatboxed by Denis the Menace and produced by Zede. A big shout out to the brothers from Switzerland. The background music was produced by Taki Brano. A big thank you to a brosky from Providence. Our podcast basically runs on coffee.
